These can be from the comfort of your own home, or I can arrange a private booking of a nearby studio, at an additional cost.
Prices start from £60 per person, per hour, at home.

Bespoke Wellness Packages
Tailored Retreats for Comprehensive Well-Being
This bespoke wellness packages is meticulously crafted to provide a transformative experience that addresses your specific mental and physical health needs. Choose from a variety of personalised services and therapies to create your own version of ideal therapeutic support. These sessions can be at home or, for an additional cost, held in a private studio.
I can offer private 1:1 work with teenagers, adults or families and have training in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Multi-Family Therapy and other evidence based modalities. The majority of my career has been with young people, as well as adults.
Prices start at £100 for the initial assessment and £70 per hour.
- Personal Consultations: This free of charge consultation will take place on a video call, to discuss what support may look like for you or your young person and decide on a way forward.
- Customised Itineraries: Enjoy a personalised schedule of activities and therapeutic approaches, designed to support you, in a way that is meaningful and helpful for you.
- Holistic Therapies: Experience a range of therapeutic services ranging from evidence based therapies such as Cognitive Behavioural Therapy or Dialect Behavioural Therapy informed work, to holistic therapist such as yoga, meditation and relaxation techniques, all tailored to support your wellness journey.
- Mindfulness and Meditation: Use this time to slow down and practice a variety of approaches to mindfulness and meditation, to help you relax and calm your nervous system.
