At Mental Wellness Retreats, we offer you a space to relax, unwind and process. Mental health issues are more common that ever before. Whether you are struggling with low mood, anxiety, stress or any other mental health issues or disorders – you are not alone.

We offer a serene escape from the chaos of everyday life, enabling you to have a space to gather your thoughts and work through some of the challenges mental ill health brings. Our retreat days are designed to give you evidence based coping skills whilst allowing yourself some time to rest and rejuvenate your mind and body. We believe in making mental healthcare accessible to all.

Our mental wellness retreats focus on holistic healing – meaning we use evidence based treatments or modalities, as used in the NHS, as well as spiritual practices that have stood the test of time. We’ll guide you through a journey of deep rest and emotional healing. Each retreat day has a different focus with varying itineraries.

  • New Year Renewed You Retreat Day: Start your year off right with grounding yoga, journaling and intention setting for the year ahead, developing healthy habits workshop, nutritious and filling food, hot drinks and cakes. SOLD OUT. Saturday 3rd January 2026, 10am-4pm. The Barn Studio, Near Brackley, NN13 5PJ. The itinerary for the day includes:
      • Grounding Hatha Yoga (suitable for beginners)
      • Journaling To Reflect On 2025 And Plan For 2026
      • Guided Meditation
      • Nutritious Homemade Vegan Curry & Hot Sticky Toffee Pudding (all allergens can be catered for)

  • Portugal Retreat Week: Take some time for you with sunshine, fresh air, yoga and rest. The week will include daily yoga practice and other modalities of self care for your mental health and wellbeing. Dates TBC, Autumn 2026.
  • Self Love Retreat Day: Move over Valentines day, its all about self love first! A day for you to treat yourself and focus the most important person in your life – YOU. A day of face masks, mini treatments, self love meditations, affirmations and reflective workshops.
  • Spring Detox Retreat Day: Step into Spring with this full day retreat. Leave feeling refreshed, grounded and nourished. This day includes mindfulness in nature, fire releasing ceremony, crystal crafts and nourishing buddha bowls.
  • Managing Anxiety: Understand how anxiety is caused using CBT techniques and how to begin to tackle this. Trial a series of coping mechanisms for anxiety, both cognitively and physically. Enjoy a series of relaxation methods to help you unwind. Plus delicious nutritious foods and drinks!
  • Teens Stress Management: Tailored to meet the needs of young people, using my extensive experience of working with teenagers in the NHS. We will use a series of games and activities to help them unwind and learn new coping skills to use in life. Snacks galore and goodie bags to take home.
  • Managing Low Mood: Understand what causes low mood and how to begin to tackle this using CBT techniques. Engage in a series of activities to help with managing low mood, with other people who really ‘get it’. Nutritious mood boosting lunch and snacks too.
  • Wintering Retreat Day: Slow down this winter, taking the time to pause and reflect before the Christmas rush. Saturday 23rd November 2026, 10am-4pm, Be:Well Studio, Tingewick. The day includes yoga, Pilates, restorative yoga, journaling, wintering well tips and delicious home made curry and cakes.
